The raw stone and the warm and welcoming environment remember that kind of places where in the past people used to let the wine rest patiently.<br \/>\nNear the tables, from ground to ceiling, you can see the <strong>great bottles<\/strong>, that you can just admire or drink by glass.<br \/>\n<strong>Italian cuisine, sofisticate and elegant<\/strong>, made by simple but high quality ingredients.<br \/>\nReally nice the choice of meat\u2019s and fish\u2019s tartares, that are the precious symbol of the restaurant menu. Other than the most creative dishes, you can also find the <strong>traditional dishes of the Roman cuisine<\/strong>, like Cacio e Pepe, Gricia, Amatriciana and Carbonara pasta.<br \/>\n<strong>Gastronomy<\/strong> offers italian cheeses and cured meats, but also foreign products almost unobtainable.<\/p>\n<p>Two different menus for the lunch and dinner service, designed for clients different needs that are sentimentally attached to the restaurant of Del Frate Wine Shop.<\/p>\n<p>At lunch a dedicated menu, designed for those who have a short amount of time or for those who can relax and enjoy the pleasure of a timeless lunch or for<strong> business lunches<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A menu designed to enjoy expressed warm dishes and specialities carefully selected by the bistrot.<\/p>\n<p>For the <strong>Aperitif, from 6 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday<\/strong>, there is a different menu, rich of <strong>tapas<\/strong> <strong>freshly prepared<\/strong> by the Chef. You can find fine hams, stuffed focaccia or mini burgers. The Roman aperitif is characterized also by a big choice of fried foods, from mozzarella in carrozza to suppl\u00ec.
